~Shoy came running into the Fire Team Stables, grinning like a lunatic and brandishing a page torn from the community bulletin board. She rounded the corner sharply and practically threw herself into Bee’s stall. “Bee! Guess what?! We’re the team leaders! We’re the Ceannaire!”
The stallion in question raised his head to fix the squealing teen with an unimpressed stare.
“Oh don’t you look at me like that, mister!” Shoy said, sticking her tongue out at the Pegasus. “It’s exciting, okay? We’re the ones who get to try and catch the bird. I know for a fact that’s your favorite part of the game.”
Bee’s ears perked in interest.
Shoy smiled. “Yeah, I thought you’d like that,” she teased, bouncing on the balls of her feet. “You and I are going to make our team proud, I just know it.”

~Fire Team Ceannaire reporting for duty! I still can’t believe we got picked as the team leads for the first competition! Bee is definitely more of a speed and acrobatic flyer than a defender, so this position works really well for his personality and abilities. I think it will be good for him to get used to playing the game with others in the position he likes best.
I hope to eventually feel comfortable drawing this tack, but for now I'm still not sure... It looks awesome, but it is super complicated and I had to look at the reference about five different times during the process of this drawing to make sure I included everything. I have no idea if the flight harness Shoy is wearing makes any sense, but it looks alright and matches Bee, so that's good enough for me! This was a challenging but fun piece to do, and I know I can only improve from here.
